Due to the COVID-19 Government travel restrictions in place and the closure or reduction of many transport services, we understand there will be people who had an existing booking for a ferry journey they are no longer able to make.
For this reason we have agreed with the Ferry transport operators that where someone had an existing booking for March 2020, they can rebook using their 2019/20 vouchers for a journey within the next 6 months (up to the end of September 2020).
The Ferry operators will manage this process and you should contact your ferry provider directly if you wish to rebook.
However, please note this 6 month extension applies only to existing bookings for March where the cardholder is required to cancel and rebook their journey. Any cardholder who wishes to make a new booking or a rebooking after September 2020 will be required to use their 2020/21 vouchers which have already been issued.
If you have incurred any additional costs in relation to your cancelled ferry booking, you should contact your ferry provider directly to discuss this, as this is out-with the realms of the concessionary travel scheme.
