1. Richard Perry mentions personal injuries in the attached letter. Are you able to clarify the number of instances, severity and type of road user affected?
2. When conducting their review of the junction, did Amey consult with other bodies with specialist knowledge who also represent vulnerable road users, such as Sustrans?
3. I would be interested in seeing a copy of the report from Amey, if it is available. Can you supply a copy, or direct me where to find it?”
