A96 Dualling Hardmuir to Fochabers assessment criteria: EIR release

In regard to the A96 dualling proposal (Hardmuir to Fochabers) I was advised at the recent Public Consultation that the routes now identified are the remaining viable options, from which a Preferred Option would be identified late 2018.

There were previously several more options which I was advised have now been discounted for various reasons after assessment and review.

In order for these options to have been discounted an assessment of all options (remaining and discounted) must have taken place.

Can I please see the criteria used for this assessment, and the results (ratings) for all routes (discounted and remaining).
