“Under the Freedom of Information Act (2002), I wish to acquire the following information:

Average speeds on the following stretches of road between 8.00-10.00 hrs and 16.00-18.00hrs:

M90/A90

•         J1A M9 to J1 M() Eastbound and Westbound (from when Queensferry Crossing opened until 1 February 2018)

•         J1 to J1A on M90/A90 Northbound and Southbound (from when Queensferry Crossing opened until 1 February 2018)

•         J1A to J1B on M90 Northbound and Southbound (from when Queensferry Crossing opened until 1 February 2018)

•         J1B to J2 on M90 Northbound and Southbound (from when Queensferry Crossing opened until 1 February 2018)

•         J10 M90 to A9 Broxden Northbound and Southbound (for past 12 months)

•         J1A M9 to J1 M() Eastbound and Westbound (from 1 February 2018 until September 2018)

•         J1 to J1A on M90/A90 Northbound and Southbound (from 1 February 2018 until September 2018)
