Categorisation and reporting of road defect further to FOI/18/02274:FOI release

Thank you for your request which is a follow up of FOI/18/01692 for the following information:
“I would again like to request the following information ‘Under the general requirements of the Freedom of Information,
How the defect was brought to the attention of TranServ, i.e. highlighted during routine check of highlighted by road user following incident.
How the defect was categorized i.e. category 1, 2 or 3 etc.
Date of repair and details of the repair method.”
