Compensation sums agreed when affected by the M8 (Baillieston to Newhouse) Special Road scheme: EIR review

Information requested:

"Full details of the compensation sums agreed by (or on behalf of) The Scottish Ministers with all claimants affected by the M8 (Baillieston to Newhouse) Special Road scheme to date. I note that the compensation paid concerning the M8 upgrade was released under an earlier FOI in 2017. I would be grateful for an update since that time with some additional information. The additional information is the rate per acre applicable to these compensation cases and the planning status / zoning the settlements were based on at vesting in 2013."
