Consultations regarding withdrawal of Scotrail services from IBM station: FOI release

May I please enquire as to what consultation was undertaken between Transport Scotland, ScotRail, Inverclyde Council, Police Scotland and the British Transport Police as to the recent withdrawal of services from IBM station?

May I also ask what legal advice any of the above parties have received in connection with the withdrawal of services, and whether the withdrawal is believed to be in compliance with the Railways Act 2005?
