Contractors for main routes in East Kilbride area: EIR release

I continually have difficulty having contractors for main routes in the East Kilbride area respond to complaints.

To assist me I would ask you for a map of the routes you have contracted out and information on the individual contractors. I would also request that you supply me with a record of the specification for repairs /maintenance of the roads involved .I am aware that certain information may be commercially confidential but am sure that the specifications for the contract will not be affected by this.
