1. In total how many applications have been received for the Electric Vehicle Loan scheme in each financial year since 2011/12 and how many of the applications received in each financial year since 2011/12 were accepted.

2. In each financial year since 2011/12 what is the median annual income of the total number of successful applicants to the Electric Vehicle Loan scheme at the time of their application.

3. In each financial year since 2011/12 what is the lowest annual income of a successful applicant to the Electric Vehicle Loan scheme at the time of their application.

4. In each financial year since 2011/12 how many successful applicants to the Electrical Vehicle Loan scheme had annual incomes of £25,000 or lower at the time of their application.
