A copy of the study conducted by the Scottish Government and/or Transport Scotland into a highspeed rail link between Edinburgh and Glasgow, with journey times of 30 minutes, referred to by Keith Brown and Peter Lloyd at the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee on 20 February 2013 and which was to be completed by ‘Spring next year’.
