Information requested:

1. All maintenance inspections times, dates and information reported, negative or otherwise.
2. Repairs & exact locations on carriageway (specifically to the above).
3. Incident reports of damage to the carriageway received at your control room or otherwise informed to the aforementioned from the 1st February to 1st March 2020.
4. Timeframe from defect reported to repaired specifically for all incident reports.
5. What mitigation action carried out from report of any defect/incident to prevent danger or damage to road users.
