Part-time lights operating on Raigmore Interchange, Inverness: EIR release

Please note that one of our Policyholders was involved in an incident on the Raigmore Interchange, Inverness on 4/8/17.We believe the time of incident to be just before 4pm.

We have been advised that the traffic lights do not become operational until 4pm in this area.

I have attached some images from the accident location for your reference.

Could you please confirm what times the traffic lights are in operation in this location along with any known faults around the time of incident?
