Transport Scotland's infrastructure projects over £25m: FOI release

Considering large public infrastructure projects carried out in the last 10 years (over £25m capital cost) for which Transport Scotland were responsible, can you advise how many of these projects were delivered:

  1. within the initial budget/price agreed with the principal contractor
  2. on time, i.e. within the initial expected programme

Can you break this down by individual scheme.
