Various questions relating to Clyde and Hebrides ferry services: FOI release

For each of the last 20 years (i.e. 1999/2000 through to 2018/19) can you please detail:

a) Central government spending on new vessels for the Hebridean and Clyde services.
b) Central government spending on piers and harbours used by Clyde and Hebrides ferries services
c) Total annual operating subsidy paid to Caledonian MacBrayne / David MacBrayne ferries for each of those years.
