Overnight Bridge Maintenance

A short programme of overnight maintenance works is to be carried out carried out on the Erskine Bridge on the 19rd, 20th and 21st of April.

The traffic loops, which count the number of vehicles using the crossing, are being replaced and upgraded.

The bridge will remain open throughout the programme with a reduced speed limit in place to keep the workforce safe.  Lane closures will be in place on the 19th and 21st of April with a contraflow on the 20th of April and drivers will be notified of the traffic management by advanced signing.

No delays are anticipated as a result of the work and road users can check the latest information on the Traffic Scotland website and Twitter feed.
