Overnight closure of M73 southbound planned

Motorists are advised that the M73 southbound carriageway between Junction 2 Baillieston and Junction 1 Maryville will be closed overnight from 8 PM to 6 AM to allow for essential road surfacing works to be undertaken on the following dates:

• Monday 18 November 2019
• Tuesday 19 November 2019

As a result, the following link & slip roads will be closed:

• M8 eastbound Link Road to M73 southbound (Carlisle) at Junction 8 Baillieston (High Loop)
• M73 southbound Junction 2 Baillieston On-slip from Baillieston roundabout

These closures are required to ensure both road user and road worker safety while road surfacing works are undertaken.

Signed diversion routes will be in place.
