Winter Service Launch 23/24

Our trunk roads will be serviced by a fully refreshed fleet of gritters this winter to help keep Scotland moving.

Our winter service operations allow the safe movement of users on the trunk road network and minimise delays and disruption.

Winter fleet

Our fleet of 240 gritters will perform enhanced patrols in 2023/24, spreading salt and ploughing snow from 42 depots.
