Assessments of the environmental effects

As detailed in the Description of Main Environmental Impacts and Proposed Mitigation section within this Record of Determination, there are no significant effects anticipated on any of the environmental receptors as a result of the proposed works.

An HRA was undertaken due the scheme’s proximity and ecological connectivity with the Loch Lomond Woods SAC (including Glen Falloch Woods SSSI) and Glen Etive and Glen Fyne SPA, which concluded that works would not result in AESI on the qualifying features.
