Assessments of the environmental effects

As detailed in the Description of Main Environmental Impacts and Proposed Mitigation section within this Record of Determination, there are no significant effects anticipated on any environmental receptors as a result of the proposed works.

An HRA was completed and concluded that the works will not result in LSE on the qualifying features of the Glen Etive and Glen Fyne SPA due to the distance between site and scheme extents, intervening topography, existing levels of road noise, and lack of nesting habitat in proximity to works. As such, no further assessment or consultation with NatureScot was required.
