Assessments of the environmental effects

As detailed in the Description of Main Environmental Impacts and Proposed Mitigation section within this Record of Determination, there are no significant effects anticipated on any environmental receptors as a result of the proposed works.

An HRA, including an AA, has been completed for the proposed works. The assessment concluded that, with the proposed mitigation measures in place, the works will not result in an AESI on the qualifying feature of the Glen Etive and Glen Fyne SPA. As part of the HRA process, NatureScot was consulted and confirmed its agreement with the assessment's conclusions.
