Assessments of the environmental effects

As detailed in the Description of Main Environmental Impacts and Proposed Mitigation section within the Record of Determination, there are no significant effects anticipated on any environmental receptors as a result of the proposed works.

An HRA (AA) was conducted due to the ecological connectivity with the Conon Islands SAC, Cromarty Firth SPA and Ramsar site, Inner Moray Firth SPA and Ramsar. With appropriate measures in place, the proposed works will not result in AESI on the qualifying features.
