Assessments of the environmental effects

As detailed in the Description of Main Environmental Impacts and Proposed Mitigation section within this Record of Determination, there are no significant effects anticipated on any environmental receptors as a result of the proposed works.

An HRA was conducted to the proximity and ecological connectivity with the River Tay SAC. The assessment concluded that there was no potential for LSE resulting from the works on all species and habitats within the SAC due to lack of in-water works, sufficient distancing from the works to the SAC (i.e. no works within the SAC boundary), and standard good working practices.
