Assessments of the environmental effects

As detailed in the Description of Main Environmental Impacts and Proposed Mitigation section within this Record of Determination, there are no significant effects anticipated on any environmental receptors as a result of the proposed works. However, NatureScot has been consulted for SSSI consent for Glen Garry SSSI and A9 Road Cutting and River Garry Gorge GCRS, and the works will not commence until NatureScot has determined that the works can start with no significant effects on Glen Garry SSSI.
