Assessments of the Enviromental Effects

Following assessment as detailed within this Record of Determination, and provided that mitigation measures are in place and best practice is followed, the residual impact is deemed neutral and there will be no significant effects on the environment.

The following environmental surveys/reviews/consultations have been undertaken: Environmental Scoping Assessment (ESA) undertaken by Amey’s Environmental Team in June 2025. 

Habitats Regulations Appraisal (HRA) undertaken by Ameys Ecology Team in June 2025.
