Extinguishment of Right of Way Order

The Scottish Ministers give notice that they have made the above-mentioned Order, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 3 of the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947, extinguishing a public right of way in the County of Perthshire and providing an alternative public right of way, as described in the Schedule hereto.

A copy of the Order and of the relevant plans referred to therein may be inspected, free of charge, from 18 October 2024 to 29 November 2024 during normal opening hours at the following locations:-

National Trust for Scotland Visitor Centre, Killiecrankie, Pitlochry, PH16 5LG

Transport Scotland, George House, 2nd Floor, 36 North Hanover Street, Glasgow, G1 2AD

Any person wishing to question the validity of the decision to make the Order, or any of its provisions, may make an application as regards that validity to the Court of Sessions, within such time period as that Court in its discretion will allow.
