Notice of Asset Transfer Request under the Community Empowerment Act

An Asset Transfer Request has been made to Transport Scotland under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.

The request has been made by the Cockburnspath Allotments Association and relates to approximately 0.6 hectares of land adjacent to Bankhead Cemetery, Cockburnspath, TD13 5XB.
