AA thanked all at TS and ASR for their work during 2020.

AA will discuss with SP whether deep dive presentations should continue to be part of each meeting.

SP also thanked all in TS and ASR for all their work over the year.

The next meeting has been moved forward to 14 January to account for the Christmas holidays.

Deep Dive Presentation – Revenue Recovery

AL and LK gave a presentation on Revenue Recovery proposals and initiatives with specific insight into the pipeline proposals being developed for Fife.

In all thirteen revenue recovery proposal papers have been submitted to TS. Some of these are paused due to the current COVID restrictions. 

Review of EMA Reporting Pack

TS colleagues have reviewed pack and shared queries with SR to provide responses and supporting evidence as required. 

Committed Obligations Review

OHC will speak to the TS CO owners about the ASR recommendations next week and respond to SR as quickly as possible.

Franchise Performance Report – Any Matters Arising

It has been noticed that the delay repay information has not been included in recent reports. TS would find it useful if this could be added back in. ND will have this added back in for the next period.

Issues of the moment

There were no specific issues raised by TS or ASR for this period.

Christmas Reporting

The reports will be sent to TS on the 8 January to take account of Christmas leave. The Franchise meeting will take place the following week on the 14 January.
