4) Review of EMA Report:
AA thanks SR colleagues for pulling report together.
AA notes that a few statements made in report are without evidence. SAP confirms that SR are doing an internal governance process and each section of information is reviewed by the relevant department.
SP sought to assure TS colleagues that the information provided is in line with the EMA requirements. SAP confirms that this is being reviewed internally on a regular basis as contents will be changing over time.
TS colleagues to provide feedback or query sections of report to JW by COP Wednesday 4 June and this information to be provided to SR colleagues by Friday 6 June for P2 updates.
Passenger Assists – SR advise that for P1 there were 250 passenger assists and Aberdeen, Queen Street and Inverness were the highest. SR noted that it seemed to be more elderly customers. SR note that it also could have been start of COVID-19 when people returning home prior to lockdown, this will now be included for next Period.
