177 Architecture

DS introduced the architects working on TS’ new building. The architects presentation on and engaged with the SMT to gain better understanding of how the organisation is distributed and what directorates are responsible for. Key outcomes include; open spaces for larger staff meetings or gatherings, secure rooms for confidential work, collaboration spaces, inviting nature to encourage staff to return to office and work together, stakeholder engagement spaces, and reception area.

Staff Conference

SWy provided a update on progress with the staff conference presented a paper which outlined the proposed themes for the day and some additional features planned for throughout conference. The SMT discussed and agreed the proposed structure.
