Transport Scotland conducted an Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) to examine whether the Transport Noise Action Plan (TNAP) 2024–2028 may differentially affect groups with protected characteristics: age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

Transport Scotland’s Trunk Road Adaptation Plan (TRAP) is an action focussed approach to achieving Trunk Roads which are well adapted and resilient to the current, projected, and unexpected impacts of climate change as detailed as an outcome within Transport Scotland’s Approach to Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience (ACCAR).

Brings together a selection and analysis of the key results from each of the RTPs evaluation reports of their first year delivering 'People & Place' sustainable and active travel behaviour change programmes

Outlining work undertaken by the Scottish Government over 2025 and planned actions for 2026 to achieve our shared vision for transport. Includes contributions from Regional Transport Partnerships and local authorities.

The guidance explains the legal process that a local transport authority must follow before they can introduce franchising in their area. In addition, the document provides more detailed statutory guidance in areas such as the authority’s preparation of a Franchising Framework and assessment and details of the audit process.

This document is a point in time assessment of the likely effects of the above-named proposal on the rights and wellbeing of children and young people. This impact assessment should be read in conjunction with other impact assessments prepared for this proposal.
