Transport Scotland conducted an Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) to examine whether the Transport Noise Action Plan (TNAP) 2024–2028 may differentially affect groups with protected characteristics: age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.
