The A68 Trunk Road (Jedburgh) (30mph and 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2018
The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 82(2)(a) and (b), 83(1), 84(1)(a), and 124(1)(d) of, and paragraph 27 of schedule 9 of, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is as described in the Southern Reporter dated 23 February 2017 and the Edinburgh Gazette issue number 27837 dated 24 February 2017. The Order comes into force on 12 February 2018.
A copy of the Order as made, the relevant plan and a copy of the orders being amended and revoked may be inspected free of charge until 19 March 2018 during normal business hours at the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF and Jedburgh Library Contact Centre, Castlegate, Jedburgh, TD8 6AS.
