The A68 Trunk Road (Newtown St Boswells) (Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that on 30 April 2019 the Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 made the above-mentioned Order.

Copies of the Order as made and the accompanying plan have been deposited at the offices of Transport Scotland, 5th Floor Reception, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF;  Melrose Library, 18 Market Square, Melrose, TD6 9PN and the offices of Scottish Borders Council Headquarters, Bowden Road, Newtown St Boswells, Melrose, TD6 0SA and may be inspected there free of charge during normal business hours until 14 June 2019.  The Order comes into force on Monday 13 May 2019 

The effect of the Order is as described in the Edinburgh Gazette Number 28145 and Glasgow Herald dated 19 February 2019 and Border Telegraph dated 20 February 2019.
