The A7 Trunk Road (Hawick) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2019

The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under section 84(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is as described in The Southern Reporter newspaper dated 29 March 2018, and in the Edinburgh Gazette issue number 28009 dated 3 April 2018. The Order comes into force on 31 July 2019.

A copy of the Order as made and the relevant plan may be inspected free of charge until 11 September 2019 during normal business hours at the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF; and Hawick Contact Centre, High Street, Hawick, TD9 9EF.
