The A702 Trunk Road (Biggar) (20mph, 30mph and 40mph Speed Limits) Order 2017
The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under section 84(1)(a) and 124(1)(d) of, and paragraph 27 of Schedule 9 of, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is as described in the Lanark and Carluke Gazette dated 21 September 2016, and the Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 27772 dated 23 September 2016. The Order comes into force on Tuesday 22 August 2017.
A copy of the Order as made, the relevant plan and the Revoked Order may be inspected free of charge until 20 September 2017 during normal business hours at the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF; Biggar Post Office, 107 High Street, Biggar, ML12 6DL and at Biggar Library, Market Road, Biggar, ML12 6FX.
