The A702 Trunk Road (Ingraston Farm) (Temporary 20 mph and 30 mph Speed Restrictions) Order 2017

The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that they have made the above Order, under sections 2(1) and 14(1)(b) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(a) which will have the effect of imposing a 20mph and 30mph speed limit on that length of the A702 Edinburgh to Abington Trunk Road from the Ingraston Farm access north to the Medwyn Mains Farm access, an approximate length of 1 mile.

The order which is required to enable Police Scotland to control traffic for roadside interviews will be in operation from 25 April 2017 until 26 April 2017. The provisions relating to temporary speed restrictions do not apply to vehicles being used in the service of the Special Forces.
