The A725 Trunk Road (Raith) (Prohibition of Specified Classes of Traffic and Pedestrians) Order 2019

The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 2(1) and (2), and 84(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order was made on 23 September 2019.

The effect of the Order is as described in The Herald dated 12 July 2019 and the Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 28206 dated 12 July 2019. The Order comes into force on 3 October 2019.

A copy of the Order as made and the relevant plan may be inspected free of charge until 12 November 2019 during normal business hours at the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF; Bothwell Library, The Donald Institute, 2 Main Street. Bothwell, G71 8RG; North Lanarkshire Council Headquarters, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell, ML1 1AB and South Lanarkshire Council Headquarters, Almada Street, Hamilton, ML3 0AA.
