The A77 Trunk Road (Maybole) (Temporary Prohibition on Waiting, Loading and Unloading) Order 2018

The Scottish Ministers give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 2(1) and (2), 4(1) and 14(1)(a) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, temporarily prohibiting traffic from waiting, loading and unloading on that length of the M77/A77 Glasgow to Stranraer Trunk Road from its junction with Culzean Road, Maybole to its junction with Kirkland Street, Maybole, a distance of 307 metres or thereby.

The Order, which is required to facilitate access to an underground structure will be in operation from 25 February 2018 until 26 February 2018 and will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the length of road as is indicated by the appropriate traffic signs.

The Order does not apply to vehicles while being used in an emergency for fire brigade, coastguard, ambulance or police purposes or vehicles being used to carry out the works.

Alternative Routes

Alternative route for traffic is not required.
