The A82 and A87 Trunk Roads (Invergarry) (40mph Speed Limit and Part Time 20mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
The Scottish Ministers give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 84(1)(a) and (c), and 124(1)(d) of, and paragraph 27 of, schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is as described in the Oban Times, dated 6 August 2020, and the Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 28374 notice ID 3608612 dated 7 August 2020. The Order comes into force on 16 March 2021.
