The A82 Trunk Road (Kenneth Street, Inverness) (Temporary Prohibition on Waiting, Loading and Unloading) Order 2017

The Scottish Ministers give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 2(1) and 2, 4(1) and 14(1)(a) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, temporarily prohibiting waiting, loading and unloading on that length of the A82 Dalnottar – Inverness Trunk Road being Kenneth Street, Inverness from a point about 100 metres or thereby southeast of its junction with Celt Street in a northwestwards direction to a point about 100 metres or thereby northwest of the junction with Celt Street, a distance of 200 metres or thereby.

The Order, which is required to facilitate works on that length of Trunk Road, will be in operation from 13 November 2017 until 15 November 2017 and will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the length of road as is indicated by the appropriate traffic signs.

The Order does not apply to vehicles while being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes or vehicles being used to carry out the works.

Alternative Routes

Alternative route for traffic is not required.
