The A830 Trunk Road (Criche Bridge Improvement) (Stopping Up of Accesses) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that on 15 June 2017 the Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 71(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 made the above mentioned Order.

Copies of the Order as made and the accompanying plan have been deposited at the offices of:

  • Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, Reception, 9th Floor, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow G4 0HF
  • The Highland Council, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness, IV3 5NX
  • Arisaig Post Office, Arisaig, Inverness-shire, PH39 4NH

and may be inspected there free of charge until 2nd August 2017.

The effect of the Order is as described in the Daily Record and the Highland News dated 2 March 2017, and the Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 27841 dated 3 March 2017.

The Order comes into force on 26 June 2017.
