The Scottish Ministers give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 2(1), 4(1) and 14(1)(b) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will have the effect of imposing a temporary 30mph speed restriction on that length of the A86 Spean Bridge - Kingussie Trunk Road at Kingussie from a point 70 metres or thereby east of the centre line of its junction with the U2751 The Glebe in a generally north easterly direction for a distance of 342 metres or thereby.

The Order does not apply to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3(5) of those Regulations, or vehicles being used in an emergency for coastguard purposes.
