The A887 Invermoriston – Moriston Bridge Trunk Road (Lagain Bhain Bridge Replacement) (Side Roads) Order 2023

The Scottish Ministers propose to make the following Order: The A887 Invermoriston – Moriston Bridge Trunk Road (Lagain Bhain Bridge Replacement) (Side Roads) Order 202[ ] under sections 12(1), (5) and 70(1) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, the general effect of which will be the stopping up of a private means of access; and the provision of a new private means of access.

Copies of the draft Order together with the relevant plans may be inspected, free of charge, during normal business hours, from 16th May until 27th June 2023 at the offices Transport Scotland, George House, 2nd Floor, 36 North Hanover Street, Glasgow, G1 2AD; the offices of BEAR Scotland, BEAR House, Inveralmond Road, Inveralmond Industrial Estate, Perth, PH1 3TW during normal business hours; Fort Augustus Post Office, Great Glen Trading Centre, Main Street, Fort Augustus, Inverness-shire PH32 4DD between the hours of 09:00 – 15:00 Monday - Saturday and Fort William Service Point and Registration Office, Charles Kennedy Building, Achintore Road, Fort William PH33 6RQ between the hours of 13:30 – 16:30 Monday – Friday.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send details of grounds of objection in writing to the Director of Roads, c/o Shannon Wilson, Transport Scotland, George House, 2nd Floor, 36 North Hanover Street, Glasgow, G1 2AD quoting reference NW/A887/Lagain Bhain/SW or by email to TRO-Objections@transport.gov.scot by 27th June 2023.
