The A9 Trunk Road (Tain) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2021

The Scottish Ministers give notice that they have made the above Order under section 84(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is as described in the Ross-Shire Journal, dated 13 September 2019, and the Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 28233 and notice ID 3384949 dated 13 September 2019. The Order comes into force on 23 January 2021.
