The Scottish Ministers hereby give notice that they have made the above Order, under sections 2(1), 4(1) and 14(1)(b) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will have the effect of temporarily prohibiting the use of parts of that length of the A9 Perth to Inverness Trunk Road from a point 2.69 kilometres or thereby south-east of the extended centre line of its junction with the B9154 road to a point 11.5 kilometres or thereby north-west of the extended centre line of its junction with the A938 road, a distance of 200 metres or thereby.

The Order will also have the effect of imposing temporary speed restrictions of 20mph on that length of the A9 Perth to Inverness Trunk Road from a point 2.29 kilometres or thereby south-east of the extended centre line of its junction with the B9154 road to a point 11.1 kilometres or thereby north-west of the extended centre line of its junction with the A938 road, a distance of 1 kilometre or thereby.
