The A977 Trunk Road (Kincardine) (Temporary Prohibition on Waiting, Loading and Unloading) Order 2017

The Scottish Ministers give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 2(1), and (2), 4(1) and 14(1)(a) and (4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, temporarily prohibiting waiting, loading and unloading on that length of the A977 Longannet Roundabout - Gartarry Roundabout Trunk Road from its junction with High Street westwards to Broomknowe Drive, a total distance of 1170 metres or thereby.

The Order, which is required to facilitate the resurfacing of the footway adjacent to the westbound carriageway will be in operation from the 19th June 2017 until 7th July 2017. The prohibition will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the length of road as is indicated by the appropriate traffic signs.

The Order does not apply to vehicles while being used to facilitate the holding of the event or vehicles being used in an emergency for fire brigade, coastguard, ambulance or police purposes.

Alternative Routes

An alternative route for traffic is not required.
