The A99 Trunk Road (Bruan Church) (Stopping Up) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that on 13th December 2017 The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 made the above-mentioned Order.

Copies of the Order as made and the accompanying plan have been deposited at the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, Reception, 9th Floor, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow G4 0HF; Lybster Post Office, Main Street, Lybster, Caithness, KW3 6AE and The Highland Council, Caithness House, Market Square, Wick, KW1 4AB and may be inspected there free of charge during normal business hours until 29th January 2018.

The effect of the Order is as described in the Edinburgh Gazette Number 27864 and John O’Groats Journal dated 28th April 2017.

The Order comes into operation on 23 December 2017.
