The Glasgow City Council Govan Partick Opening Bridge (Variation) Scheme 2024 Confirmation Instrument 2025
The Scottish Ministers give notice that they have made the above Instrument under section 75(3)(a) and section 145(1) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 in relation to The Glasgow City Council Govan Partick Opening Bridge (Varation) Scheme 2024. This instrument will have the effect of amending the operation of the opening bridge over the navigable waters of the River Clyde between Govan and Partick, which is under the responsibility of Glasgow City Council.
UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 2024 Compatibility Consideration and Narration of Statement of Compatibility
In accordance with section 23(2) of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 2024 (the Act), the Scottish Ministers certify that, in their view, The Glasgow City Council Govan Partick Opening Bridge (Variation) Scheme 2024 Confirmation Instrument 2025 is compatible with the UNCRC requirements as defined by section 1(2) of the Act.
