Overnight closure on A737 Dalry Bypass to remove current traffic management
Road users are advised that the A737 Dalry Bypass will be closed overnight on Sunday 16 November from 2000 hrs to 0600 hrs on Monday 17 November to remove the traffic management currently on the carriageway. A signed diversion will be in place.
The essential work to the verge has been completed and lane restrictions between Highfield roundabout and Hillend roundabout will be removed with the bypass restored to three lane operation.
Hok-Weng Chau, Transport Scotland’s Project Manager said:
“We are pleased to report that our contractor has now completed the essential works required on the Bypass. There will be a single overnight closure to remove the current traffic management and I would like to thank road users for their continued co-operation.”
The diversion route in place for the overnight closure will be from Hillend Roundabout via the B714, B780 and B777 to Highfield Roundabout.
