Consultation on Free Bus Travel for Older and Disabled People and Modern Apprentices
This consultation closed on 17 November 2017. Just under 3,000 responses were received and these have now been analysed. Two thirds of the responses stated a preference for the bus pass to remain at age 60. We have considered and listened to the views and have decided that the age of eligibility for a bus pass will not change. It will remain, as it is at present, at age 60. Read more about the responses and our analysis.
