LEZ regulations - Integrated Impact Assessment - 8 January 2021
An Integrated Impact Assessment (IIA) covering Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA), Child Rights and Wellbeing Impact Assessment (CRWIA), and the Fairer Scotland Duty (FSD) has been undertaken with regards to the development of the LEZ regulations.
The IIA assesses the impacts of the LEZ regulations against objectives under three themes:
- equalities and human rights
- environmental
- economic.
